President, Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions, Inc
Len Greer has over 20 years of experience focused on improving patient health and lowering healthcare costs. He currently serves as President of Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions, which serves as the center of excellence for capabilities in behavioral science and behavior modification, digital patient/consumer engagement, coaching tools, and outcomes measurement and analytics to drive results for J&J customers, businesses and employees around the world. Prior to this, he served as SVP of Product Innovation & Marketing at CVS Health, held executive leadership positions at Aetna ActiveHealth and Medco Health, and was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Len holds a BA from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Vice President, Enterprise Solutions, Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions, Inc.
As Vice President of Enterprise Solutions, Susan is responsible for leading the identification, scoping and implementation of key health and wellness initiatives throughout the Johnson & Johnson enterprise. Working in close partnership with our Consumer, Pharmaceuticals, and Medical Device sectors, Susan and her team identify and implement ways to add even greater value to existing J&J offerings and develop new solutions to meet the ever evolving needs of the health and wellness market.
Susan is a Johnson & Johnson veteran, having spent 17 years with Johnson & Johnson in the Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health Care and Diagnostics divisions. She served as Worldwide Vice President of Innovation for Ortho Clinical Diagnostics (OCD). She also held various marketing roles including Worldwide Vice President of Transfusion Medicine and Worldwide Vice President for the Johnson’s Baby business. Prior to that, she held many roles for Ortho Biotech’s PROCRIT® franchise, including Group Director of New Product Development, and Director of Consumer Marketing, as well as Product Director for the Consumer group’s Women’s Health business.
Prior to returning to Johnson & Johnson in the role of VP Enterprise Solutions, Susan served as Vice President of Marketing for the Sanofi NA Pharmaceutical portfolio of brands across multiple therapeutic areas including diabetes, cardiovascular, biosurgery, renal, oncology, allergy, dermatology and rheumatoid arthritis. A member of the Commercial Sales & Operations Leadership team, Susan restructured Marketing and developed an innovative strategy as the foundation for a new way of marketing in the US.
Susan holds a B.A. in Economics and German from Duke University and a M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Vice President, Product Innovation & Delivery, Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions, Inc.
Amy leads the Johnson & Johnson portfolio of health and wellness capabilities, including new product and service innovation, creation, implementation, operations, customer service and compliance & quality. With her team, Amy helps to ensure that we deliver innovative solutions that solve real health and well-being challenges in the market while providing an optimal experience for all of our products and services.
Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Amy worked at Express Scripts, (formerly Medco), where she held various positions, including Vice President, Digital Strategy. In this role, Amy led growth strategies around conversion to home delivery, medication adherence, and consumer self-service, creating and launching several leading-edge capabilities and employing behavioral science to drive desired business results.
Prior to her nearly 17 years at Express Scripts and Medco, Amy led the Creative Services and Interactive Media organization at PSE&G, where she was responsible for the end-to-end development and advancement of the corporation’s web strategy, as well as the conception and execution of all creative and design services.
Amy holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Scranton, PA, and an M.A. in Corporate and Public Communications from Seton Hall University.
Global Head, Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute
Lowinn Kibbey is Global Head of the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute (JJHPI), a division of Johnson & Johnson Health & Wellness Solutions, Inc. (JJHWS). In this role, Lowinn provides leadership and direction to support the growth of JJHPI’s core commercial business, including implementing new strategies and business models. He works across J&J sectors to lead strategic partnerships focused on consumer wellness solutions, including a partnership with Plug & Play Tech Center and the recent launch of the Health and Wellness Technology Accelerator.
Lowinn joined JJHWS from the Johnson & Johnson Family of Consumer Companies, most recently as Vice President, Project Management, World Class Marketing Organization (WCMO), where he lead the global implementation and change management efforts for the New Way of Marketing as well as leading business model innovation initiatives with strategic external partners.
Lowinn brings a diverse range of cross-sector and global experiences to this role. Prior to his time with Consumer, he held a broad set of leadership roles and responsibilities across Johnson & Johnson Vision Care (JJVC), Asia Pacific including VP of Marketing, founder of the J&J Vision Care Business Model Innovation Center, and Managing Director of J&J Vision Care ASEAN.
Prior to J&J, Lowinn worked for DuPont and DuPont-General Mills JV. He holds an Executive Masters of International Business from St. Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
Jennifer Turgiss, Ph.D.
Vice President, Behavioral Science & Analytics Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions, Inc.
As Vice President of Behavioral Science & Analytics for Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions, Jennifer and her team of behavior scientists are responsible for applying proven science and practice-based behavioral strategies to key health and wellness-related solutions being developed throughout the Johnson & Johnson enterprise. This helps to ensure that our solutions offer the greatest potential for sustainable health outcomes and continue to meet the evolving needs of the diverse customers J&J serves. To help ensure we are delivering on this promise, Jennifer and her research and analytics team measure and validate the impact of these solutions and provide real-world insights into ‘what works’, which then helps to fuel future solution development.
Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in senior management roles at national and global health and wellness organizations. She joined us from Virgin Pulse where she served as Vice President, Health Solutions. In this role, Jennifer was responsible for ensuring scientific integrity and managed all analytics projects for the organization. She was also Director of the Virgin Pulse Institute, working with research partners to contribute relevant information to advance the field of workplace health, wellbeing, and engagement.
Jennifer has a MS in Exercise Physiology from the University of Colorado and doctorate from Boston University’s School of Public Health, where she specialized in social and behavioral sciences in population health management.
Vice President, Global Health Services, Johnson & Johnson
As Vice President of Global Health Services for Johnson & Johnson, Jennifer Bruno brings immense first-hand knowledge and insight from her career that spans nearly 30 years in the employer health and wellness industry.
Jennifer began working with the Johnson & Johnson LIVE FOR LIFE employee wellness program in 1983 and spent 10 years as the Worldwide Director of Wellness & Health Promotion for the 115,500 employees of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. In this role she was responsible for designing and implementing the company’s global health and wellness programs based on country, region and individual operating company business and health needs. She provided leadership, guidance, support and delivery of quality health programs and services including the global Health Risk Assessment, targeted health risk interventions, and environmental and cultural support programs including policy development (Tobacco Free Worksite, Healthy Cafeteria, Fitness Centers etc). Under her leadership, Johnson & Johnson’s health and wellness program has widely been recognized as a longstanding leader in the industry. Jennifer has been published in several publication, including the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, highlighting the outcomes of the Johnson & Johnson program in delivering significant reduction of health risks and long-term medical care utilization and expenditures. Jennifer speaks at numerous industry conferences on her work at Johnson & Johnson.
Jennifer serves on the board of the Integrated Benefits Institute and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration from the Pennsylvania State University.
